1. Giới thiệu chung

Tôn mạ màu của Công ty cổ phần Thép TVP được sản xuất theo tiêu chuẩn công nghiệp của Nhật Bản JIS G3312. Vì Vậy sản phẩm tôn mạ màu của Thép TVP có tuổi thọ cao hơn hẳn so với các sản phẩm cùng loại.

Sản phẩm tôn mạ màu được cung cấp dưới dạng cuộn, đa dạng về máu sắc, kích cỡ và độ dày để khách hàng có sự lựa chọn tốt nhất. Ngoài ra, Công ty cổ phần Thép TVP còn đáp ứng các màu sắc khác theo yêu cầu của quý khách.

Nhà máy tôn mạ màu và in hoa văn số 01 công suất 60.000 tấn/năm.

Nhà máy tôn mạ màu số 02 công suất 80.000 tấn/ năm

Màng sơn Sử dụng hệ sơn Polyester làm lớp sơn lót giúp tăng cường độ bám dính tối đa trên lớp thép nền. Sơn Polyester nhiệt rắn được sử dụng làm lớp chính có tính năng bảo vệ cao và màu sắc theo nhu cầu của khách hàng
Độ bền uốn (T-bend) 0 ÷ 3 T
Độ cứng bút chì 4H
Độ bền va đập 100% không tróc sơn
Độ bám dính >95%
Độ bền sương muối 500 giờ
