On the afternoon of July 18th, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Xuân Hương – Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department – together with the Women’s Charity Club of Tây Ninh Province, presented breeding cows to disadvantaged women in Tra Vong Commune. Also participating in this meaningful activity was Ms. Ninh Thị Bích Thùy, former Standing Vice President of the Long An Provincial Business Association.

Two breeding cows, each valued at 20 million VND, were given to disadvantaged women, including Ms. Trần Thị Cẩm Lời (born in 1985), residing in Suoi Ong Dinh Hamlet. Ms. Lời suffers from a heart condition and makes a living running a small beverage stall. Her husband does unstable freelance work, and together they care for an elderly, ill mother and two young children.

Another recipient was Ms. Phan Thị Bé Năm (born in 1975), a member of a poor household in the province. Her family owns no farmland, and she works as a hired laborer to support her school-aged child and a grandchild. She also suffers from chronic back pain due to a herniated disc.

On this occasion, Ms. Ninh Thị Bích Thùy, former Standing Vice President of the Long An Provincial Business Association, donated 10 million VND to the Tây Ninh Women’s Charity Club to support their charitable activities.
