COLD ROLLED STEEL COIL

Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) with modern technology of Hitachi, Tenova Corporation and American I2S supplied with a capacity of 400,000 tons/year. CRM put into operation in 2015.

Cold-rolled products are manufactured from hot-rolled steel after removed rust and covered with oil (PO). The Steel coil will be re-rolled according to the plastic deformed principal by the force from the roller on the surface of the steel strip, to obtain the correct thickness with usage requirement.

Cold rolled coils are used as the materials for galvanizing line, aluminum-zinc coating line, color coating line.
